8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

9. Termination

MyHives reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyHives regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
